Bob Craft, CEO
 
Bob has worked over 30 years developing business and education partnerships. His main emphasis has been on math and science education through natural resource systems. His PhD work was in Physics and Mathematics, and has presented at numerous State and National Science Teachers Conferences. Bob has served on numerous boards and commissions on school reform and workforce development, where he has represented business. In addition, Bob has served on committees improving access to education and workforce for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Victor Meyer, Director of Sales
 
Vic Meyer is a sales executive with over twenty-five years of sales and marketing experience with an emphasis in the High Technology arena. His primary focus has been to introduce innovative hardware, software and integration solutions, combined with a multitude of add on products and services to major accounts throughout the Northwest, Western Canada and the Global 2000 marketplace. He has specialized in developing and expanding new territories and key corporate accounts for start up organizations, or introducing new products and services for existing ones. Vic founded Northland Technologies, Inc. in 2001, with an emphasis on providing high technology products and services geared towards Storage Management and Disaster Recovery. Prior to that he was with Art Technology Group, opening their Seattle office, providing e-commerce platform solutions to Global 2000 accounts throughout the Northwest, Western Canada and the Rocky Mountain region.

Mikel Smith, Operations
 
Mikel's background in technology covers a very wide spectrum, from programming to systems management. He brings this expertise to the YC.C environment, providing for a highly stable and secure learning experience. He has worked in some of the largest and most sensitive environments in the world. Linda Smith, Graphic Design
 
Linda has worked as a Graphic Artist for 25 years. She has managed the graphics department in a zoological institution for 20 years, working in print as well as outdoor signage. Recently, she is providing type setting services for a full service print shop, including print advertising and web graphics.

Brian Williams, Technical Support
Brian brings a down to earth and artistic perspective to class implementation. With expertise in the technical aspects of building an online class, Brian works closely with our clients to bring their vision to life.

Radana Dvorak, Instructional Design
 
Radana has a PhD in computer science from the Queen Mary College, University of London, a master’s degree in knowledge-based systems (AI), from the University of Sussex, and a BA from the University of Michigan. Radana has been involved in eLearning since 1989, when her research in human computer interaction focused on computer-based training (CBT). She has been a researcher and a university instructor who taught in the United Kingdom, Cayman Islands, and the United States. She has also spent some time in the software industry. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at Portland State University and owner of eLT Solutions LLC. Her focus is to help organizations with the development of learning courses using learning content management systems and integrating Web 2.0 technology to meet the changing needs of educators, trainers and learners. Radana is also a published author of ‘Moodle for Dummies”.
